1.3  The Dominate Sportsbetting E-book is created as a guidebook for people who are interested in starting to apply arbitrage strategies.

1.3.1 Nothing in this document may be copied, or used for illegal purposes without the consent of the author. I am not responsible for any gambling losses, diseases, unsatisfied feelings or whatsoever. You may advertise this document/the website www.dominatesportsbetting.com at all times. Links or parts of copied texts from other sites in the document are only here if the information from that source was better than my own. I believe it is at all times legal to link a site in a document, website or book or copy texts when footnoted. If that is not the case, or if a particular source owner does not allow this they should contact me and I will be happy to remove the info. Never have I intended, with my current knowledge and understanding, to do anything illegally, and I wish to be informed by the right person if done anyway.

1.3.2 In order to get a copy of the e-book one must either go for a sponsored option where one does not need to make a purchase but one makes an account at one of the three bookmakers and then follows further requirements depending on the bookmaker or one must go for a purchase of 35€. This one time fee must be transferred into our moneybookers or neteller account, both with the emailaddresses joris_dekkers@hotmail.com

1.3.3 After one has made the purchase one must email us directly (support@dominatesportsbetting.com) and tell us that he/she has made the purchase so we can send the e-book as soon as possible. If one has taken the other option (i.e. creating an account with a bookmaker and fulfil other requirements) one must email us directly too to the same email address and give us one’s registered username at that bookmaker so that we can check if everything went well. After that we can send the copy as soon as possible to one’s email address.

1.3.4 The e-book is an adobe file. One must download Acrobat Reader if one shall read the e-book fully and properly.

1.3.5 One shall not receive the e-book if one has transferred less than 35€ or has not fulfilled one or more requirements that are stated with sponsored bookmakers.

1.3.6 The content of the e-book can and will be changed regularly. One will not receive updates. If you feel, by any chance, that certain information in the e-book is incorrect please let us know and we will correct it immediately.

1.4  The Dominate Sportsbetting Newsletter is created to supply dominatesportsbetting.com visitors with al kinds of information about the website, the e-book, the membership area, promotions, news and other information.

1.4.1 The Dominate Sportsbetting email newsletter is a opt-in newsletter. This means that, in order to prohibit spam on our part and to prevent mistakes on your part, we will ask you in the first email we send out to you if you really want to subscribe to our newsletter.

1.4.2 If a user feels, at any time, that he/she does not wish to receive the email newsletter any longer in his/her email inbox one can unsubscribe at all times

1.4.3 Please be advised that it is at all times wise to subscribe for even the most important information will be covered in the newsletter: it is the only way we can communicate with our visitors and customers.

1.5  The Dominate Sportsbetting Membership card and membership area are meant for serious and curious visitors who want to explore the borders of arbitrage knowledge and practice.

1.5.1 The membership card must be purchased by transferring a one time fee of 50€ in the dominate sportsbetting moneybookers or neteller account (email address is joris_dekkers@hotmail.com) After you have transferred this amount you must email us at support@dominatesportsbetting.com to tell us you have made the transfer and wish to receive the membership card. Also one must include their arbwinner username so that we can check on how long your subscription is. After we have checked everything we will send you a username and password with which you can login to the membership area as soon as possible.

1.5.2 The membership/vip area is password protected as only you can enter this exclusive area.

1.5.3 Inside the membership area you will find a broad choice of media and content including an interactive forum (to share experiences with other arbitrajeurs), video and audio tutorials, and deepening articles.

1.5.4 The dominate sportsbetting membership area is an area that solely belongs to and is owned by the www.dominatesportsbetting.com website. Any changes and/or updates are made on our part and users will only be informed when necessary.

1.5.5 Purchasers of the dominate sportsbetting membership card must agree with the fact that they must get a long term subscription (3 months or 1 year) on the arbwinner program. This way we know for sure that you are serious about making money with arbitrage and that you will be a valuable addition to our VIP club.

1.5.6 The dominate sportsbetting membership card also gives you access to a 1 hour free training session with a trained arbitrajeur sponsored by arbwinner. Together with 4 others you will arrange and attend to a msn meeting with an arbwinner coach in where you can address all questions and problems involving your arbitrage job and arbitrage theory. This can give you the ultimate edge in both arbitrage theory and practice.

1.5.7 The dominate sportsbetting membership card has no expiration date : you will be a lifetime member if you have made the one time purchase of 50€.

2. You acknowledge that any attempt by you, or any party acting upon your explicit or implicit cooperation or encouragement, to defraud us shall result in the forfeiture of your newsletter subscription, and if kept, your membership card. You shall, consequently, be permanently banned from further access to our Products and Services. You further acknowledge that this forfeiture shall in no way prevent us from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as the filing of a criminal or civil legal action.

2.1  Without limiting our definition of fraud, we shall consider your activities fraudulent if you do not fulfil requirements when trying to obtain the Dominate Sportsbetting E-book for free, when trying to access the membership area with passwords and/or usernames other than your own, when trying to access the membership area through hacking, when spamming, when advertising our brand and website in a harmful way, when mailbombing our inbox, when spreading unmatched negative publicity, when obtaining the arbwinner program illegally and so on.

2.2  We will furthermore at all times attempt to pursue persons who commit fraudulent activities following international law.

2.3  Attempting fraud is always an action that is bound to fail. If attempting fraud by accessing the membership area illegally we are able to see this as we monitor all internet explorer extern and intern activities. Attempting fraud through obtaining the subscription illegally is impossible: arbwinner is protected. Obtaining the membership card whilst making a false subscription is impossible too: we can check data at arbwinner at all times of our users (i.e. new subscriptions, subscription length, usernames). Obtaining the e-book for free whilst refusing to follow up on all requirements is impossible too. We ask for data in an email and can check this when we log into our affiliate accounts (username, date of creating the account, wager amounts etc.)

3. At www.dominatesportsbetting.com some 40-60 bookmakers are listen and advertised. The bookmakers are known, secure, safe and legal companies. Any bookmakers that aren’t will not be promoted as we stand up to protect the interest of our clients. Any other advertisement banner campaigns seen on www.dominatesportsbetting.com are solely there for advertisement and navigation purposes. New advertisement/navigation proposals need to be submitted to support@dominatesportsbetting.com

3.1  The top 10 biggest bookmakers are a subjective list, that is, they are being put in that list not fully based on hard facts.

3.2  Any other banners such as banners from software programs, other websites or navigation banners are put there for advertisement and navigation purposes only. We hold the right to get rid of banners at all times

3.3. We also hold all rights to terminate partnerships with bookmakers. Likewise they have rights to terminate agreements/partnerships with us.

3.4. There are advertisement and partnership possibilities. Mostly at the bottom of the page, on the left and right sides there is space for companies to advertise. Advertisement costs for 120×60 banners are 25€ per month. Advertisement costs for 120×400 banners are 60€ per month and advertisement costs for 120×600 banners are 100€ per month. Money transfers can only be made at our neteller/moneybookers account with the email address joris_dekkers@hotmail.com.

3.5. All proposals for partnerships, advertisement and navigation should be submitted to support@dominatesportsbetting.com

4. The membership area is an exclusive website designed for membership card holders. It contains a forum, articles, video and audio tutorials and tips. It also contains a space where you can arrange a meeting with the arbwinner coach for expert arbitrage training.

4.1  In the membership forum you may ask and say anything unless the information is:

4.1.1 extremely negative regarding our websites/e-book

4.1.2 harmful

4.1.3 unsuitable

4.1.4 off topic

4.1.5 extremely irrelevant

4.1.6 discriminating

4.1.7 completely wrong/far from the truth

4.2  The membership forum is governed by administrators. They have the authority to act according to the rules, to warn people and to ban them. You can even lose your membership card due to heavily wrong behaviour.

4.3.  The articles posted in the membership area are not always written by the dominate sportsbetting team. Sometimes these articles are external. Footnotes will stand if necessary and we are not responsible for wrong information within articles not written by ourselves. We will, however, be very pleased if a person points out an error in an article as we then will be happy to remove it.

4.4.  Audio and Video content is purely explanatory information, these are tutorials/guidelines.

4.5  The training/question session with the arbwinner coach is the responsibility of all of us. You will have email the arbwinner coach himself (you can find his email address in the membership area) and arrange a meeting. This means you will have to email as much possible dates and times at which you can attend to the meeting. The arbwinner coach will then schedule a meeting that most likely suits the demand of all five, as you will share this meeting with 4 other persons. The meeting will probably be held on MSN (MSN Messenger, download it on www.msn.com).
